Returns and Refunds 
We regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for online orders. However, if you receive the wrong item, please reach out to us promptly via email at savalasskincare@gmail.com Requests for item replacement must be made within 7 days of the delivery date shown on the tracking information.

Email subject line: (e.g., Wrong Item Received - Order #1001)  
Kindly include two clear photos of the unopened incorrect item, along with your first and last name, shipping address, and order number. After review and approval, we will provide you with a shipping label to return the item(s) to us, and the correct item will be dispatched to you within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping team work very hard to get orders shipped quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change, make price adjustments, or cancel an order once it has been submitted.

Damaged Products  
In the unfortunate event that your order arrives damaged, you must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for damage to items that occurred during shipment.

Lost Packages  
We understand the frustration of lost or stolen packages. Once your order has been shipped, we are not liable for any losses or thefts. If you encounter this issue, we recommend filing a domestic claim with USPS via their official website: USPS Claims. Products purchased and shipped with Route Protection may be eligible for insurance coverage for lost items during transit. USPS will determine the outcome of your claim.
